The bill (Reg. No. 10303) offers legislative regulation of the issues related to mining operation in non-commercial shows.
The bill stipulates amendment of the Natural Resources Code of Ukraine. They are aimed at creating the possibility for mining operation in non-commercial shows by natural persons and legal entities and regulate their relations with the state according to the simplified and abridged procedure.
Development of mineral resources can be performed on the basis of respective special permit issued following the simplified procedure by a central body of executive power on exploration and rational use of resources without holding an auction and competition.
Validity of such special permits shall not exceed ten years.
